KAMR-TV is an NBC affiliate in Amarillo, Texas, USA. The station was acquired by Nexstar Broadcasting Group after merging with KAMR's parent company, Quorum Broadcasting in 2003. This station operates shared services agreements with Mission Broadcasting's stations, KCIT and KCPN-LP. KAMR celebrated 50 years of broadcasting in 2003.
When it first went to the air in 1953, it was known as KGNC-TV (for Globe-News Corporation (or Company)) and was co-owned by the Amarillo Globe-News along with KGNC-AM 710. The Globe-News was sold to Stauffer Communications in 1974, which in turn sold off KGNC-TV in 1974. Channel 4's new owners changed the station's call letters to KAMR-TV soon after the deal closed.
KAMR currently operates out of a studio and offices in downtown Amarillo, along with operations of KCIT and KCPN-LP (the building was originally occupied solely by KCIT), after previously occupying a studio and offices north of downtown, near the intersection of US 287 and Northeast 24th Avenu

I found one like it but how to sell it or test it
I just saw the story in TikTok and I came here, the fact that they dismissed the first drug test kind of comes off like they were looking for a reason to suspend her, and then, as you watch the original video of the meeting with the principal, they’re trying so hard to cover their own asses, it astounds me that when it comes down to it people just can’t admit that they’re wrong, and their system is flawed
🪦
So sad
coward!!!
He is hot AF
Eww
He and his girlfriend are both ugly on the inside and out. Do you have covid? Or just have a weird taste in general?

Has a chance at parole.
So how long did he get. It says two life sentences plus 40.. how much is that over there
It's all a joke. How does he get 2xlife+40year BUT he can be paroled? He'll serve 8-15 years.
They had it right before when they sentenced people like this to life without parole for these crimes. Now with these new liberal crybabies, they want to them to be out at 18
He will never get out. The 40 years are for the lesser offenses. So, he will, at minimum, serve 20 years, and let's say he is paroled (unlikely). He still has 40 years after that. That's 60 years minimum. He is 23.. do the math
In March of 2023, New Mexico Democrat Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham signed a bill into law that prohibits sentencing juvenile offenders to life in prison without eligibility for parole. Under SB64, the No Life Sentences for Juveniles Act, offenders who committed crimes when they were younger than 18 and received life sentences will be eligible for parole hearings after 15 years. The legislation also applies to juveniles who were found guilty of first-degree murder even if they were tried as adults. If any juvenile offender is denied parole, they will “be entitled to a parole hearing at two-year intervals,” according to the bill.
I wouldn't be shocked if he got parole, being that it is new mexico..@@My_Crazy_Neighbor
Likely a Democrat
Oh Ivan 😂try harder
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD
This school district is known for the beatings of school students with wood type of paddles (found on adult websites) Protesters against this violence visited here about a year ago and brought these assaults to national attention. Check out the people that are doing this to others.
That judge looks ridiculous in that tie
They said that the Defendant was laughing when he was shooting in the library, and now he’s feeling remorseful?!?! He’s definitely a sadist!! 😡 He’s only crying because he got caught and has to spend half of his life in adult timeout! Just give him life without parole!! I mean, who cares if it’s a waste of taxpayer’s money?!? Think of how the families felt when they reacted to this sentence!!
@alexander…..your Dad likes it…
"He's only crying because he got caught..." You obviously don't know anything about this case. Watch the library surveillance footage of the incident. He did what he did with the intent of being arrested. When he finished his horrible deed, he walked up to the front desk of the library, laid his gun on the counter, and waited for police to arrive. The second the police came through the door he surrendered and admitted guilt. There's a huge difference between doing something, fleeing, and getting caught, and doing something with the intent of being arrested, and then surrendering at the first chance to do so. I don't know why he's crying and I'm not going to pretend to know, but it wasn't because "he got caught."
Aaaaaannnnd, the fidiots in NM change the law, and this troglodite is eligible for parole in 2033. Way to go, New Mexico.
Coward
Buc-ee’s come to New Mexico
he must love in the stank in prison
WHO ELSE IS TIRED OF THESE LOUD MOUTH ENTITLED BULLIES?
Take the membrane off!!
I just watched the CNN special about this case. The pictures of the man as a boy were heart breaking. Big smiles with his mother etc he was just so appealing. My heart goes out to his Mom widow and 4 kids.

What do you expect? It's Texas. People are stupid there.
Cool
Wow, I work in a high school. I would not have gone to Marijuana. I would go with allergies and i ask with loopy kids did your mom give you Bendryl
Ridiculous. Another example of what awaits us in the future. What if it were a police officer who made those allegations? You know, if I were a kid and didn't want to go to school I was just make my eyes red.
I hope they sue that school into destitution. Those teachers and principal should have nothing to do with children.
Lawsuit and firings.
Bro is sleeping in ohio
"Go pick up a drug test." "GO FREAKING EFF YOURSELF. OH, AND SAY HELLO TO MY ATTORNEY, AZZHOLES!" Sorry, I would have freaking lost it.
So, without proof to prove otherwise, they chose to basically call the parent and child liars and suspended the child anyway. At the very least, the people involved in defaming and wrongly punishing this child should be suspended and give up a minimum of a months salary. They are adults and that is the only way they will be able to get past their egos and learn common sense.
What? They hopped to conclusions because she had allergies and “looked high?” So they’ll expel kids with styes/eye infections too? Very ridiculous. Good on this father for handling it well.
I assume it's a zero tolerance rule. Next thing you know, bananas will be banned because they sort of look like guns and therefore can cause school shootings.
Sue their asses off.
Complete stupidity!
Whens the court case start?
Administrators who's first instinct is to accuse without facts are there to harm children.
I love that red eyes means your high. Like this is a fucking cartoon where anyone that has bloodshot eyes must have just smoked a joint.
Won't be any change. Your daughter was a victim of circumstance, nothing more. Plenty of parents, care nothing for their children, and the kids go to school high everyday. We don't know if bis daughter showd other signs of possible intoxication, more than the simple red eyes tells the story bit. Again, we all know the school systems in the US are in the worst shape I have ever seen them in. I am glad his kid wasn't doing anything to jeopardize her academy future, plenty of kids are however, and his daughter was a victim or a broken beyond repair educational system.
Diphenhydramine causes drowsiness. We have administrators that are attempt to make diagnosis without a license.
*The **_ONLY_** way I made it through High School **_WAS_** ANTIHISTAMINES! Allergic responses are NO FUN, and the usual treatments, i.e. "antihistamines," can sometimes be worse than the allergic responses.* In College I drug myself through nearly the 2nd semester of Chemistry (my 2nd try at it before realizing that the antihistamine I was taking was what was TOTALLY MESSING UP MY BRAIN! After waiting a FULL YEAR to repeat that class, I came back to the same College, same class, AND THE SAME INSTRUCTOR, _BUT_ NO ANTIHISTAMINES that time. When I got to the Final Exam, I not only received 100% on the entire Exam, but on the _FINAL QUESTION_ --- I CORRECTED THE TEACHER'S METHOD OF CALCULATING THE ANSWER. *THUS, I WAS RIGHT, & **_HE WAS_** WRONG!*
That last statement by the school district is utter bull. That's _clearly_ not what happened. I think a lawyer should be consulted.
2:48 that last statement to me just screams “we know you’re not under the influence but we will still punish you like you are”
This is what "zero tolerance" policies get you: Inflexible, mindless reactions to ordinary problems.
Whatever administrators ordered that girl to take a drug test for red eyes and allergies for mistaking marijuana should be arrested and made to lose their educators license
So...having a disability means you need to go to an alternative school. That's an ADA violation.
Stop having a fake ass heart to do fake ass shit.
What inept staff! They need to file a lawsuit instead!!
